Nothing not to love.

The friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at, and this is the second occasion I've been there. I'm going back for two more nights this coming weekend.

The choice of TV channels was too limited in my room

Stuff was great here. 3-star hotel in Siem Reap. There was a pool to enjoy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Hotel was delightful with lovely wooden carving. A swimming pool after the hot atmosphere of the temples was much appreciated. Breakfast was fine. Location just out from the niose of siem reip was good as very near the temples. Use of hotel transport very easy to arrange.

The rooms at this hotel were lovely and the staff were super friendly. The free shuttle to/from the bus stop or airport is really convenient as well. We were able to hire a tuk tuk for the day to take us around the temples of Angkor Wat and it was a really great way to get around for a great price. Plus the pool at the hotel was great after a really hot day walking around the temples!

The location was a little bit of a let down. It is a little out of Siem Reap town and although it was fairly easy to get there by tuk tuk it was still a hassle to have to be transported if you wanted to go out for dinner or to do some shopping. Though it was really close to the temples.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a peaceful area is a definite plus, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure guests have a comfortable experience. The rooms, with their spacious layout and cozy atmosphere, ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served here is also worth mentioning, with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

Location is a bit far from town, but always can choose travel by tuk-tuk around USD 2 per trip to town.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, and Free Breakfast

I had an amazing stay at this budget hotel during my holiday. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their face. The hotel was located in a key location close to all the attractions and points of interest in the city. I especially enjoyed the free breakfast that was offered every morning, it was a great way to start the day.

The wifi was quite poor and sometimes non-existent in my room which was disappointing, and the in-house restaurant food was quite expensive and not up to my liking. it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and friendly budget accommodation option in the city.

The location of the hotel worked very well for us as we were close enough to Angkor Wat to be able to cycle around the site on bicycles hired from the hotel. The free pickup from the airport was much appreciated and the swimming pool for an afternoon dip after hot temple sightseeing. Lovely bedroom & bathroom, very friendly staff.

Limited restaurant menu but only 10 minutes 3$ round trip TukTuk into Siem Reap with many restaurants so no problem.

It is a small hotel with an efficient personnel that offers some convenient services : transportation for the airport (free),for the temples or the city, affordable massages. It looks like an big house with a lot of wood inside and it is not a huge cube of concrete like the others of the same rate. It is on the way to the temples.

You need to order the elements of your breakfast that means 10 min (not more) to wait in comparison with a buffet.

The hotel is situated conveniently near the temples, making it easy to plan a day trip to the Angkor monuments. the rooms have a unique style and are cleaned daily. the staff is generally helpful and can help arrange tuk-tuk drivers for touring.

The breakfast options are limited and unappetizing.

The best about the hotel is the location (10 min drive from the Angkor Wat temple complex). The staf is very friendly, the hotel offers free pick up to and from the airport, and gives good advice on what to do in town (apart rom visiting the temples).

The berakast could have been a little better.

Beautiful setting and decoration in wood, great suite at very good prices and closest to Angkor Wat. However, staff does not understand English well which is a very negative point since you have to rely on their help most of the time to rent a car/tuktuk, reserve a table or contact tour agency

Bad communication and cannot make any calls from the room (not even local) !
